The heart of the KOVE 450 RALLY is a 449cc DOHC single that is cooled by large dual radiators with an electric cooling fan each. In addition, an external oil cooler keeps the lifeblood of the engine in cool while providing additional oil capacity for extended service intervals. Fueling duties are handled via fuel injection, controlled by a Bosch ECU.

The engine is housed in a steel semi-parameter frame that house three separate fuel tanks. A long, flat, comfortable seat sits atop the bike and will provide you with hours of comfortable riding. When it’s time to check the airfilter, simply tug on the seat release cable and the seat pops off, revealing a huge foam airfilter element that sits up high and is well protected from water and dust.

Available in both Low Seat and High Seat models, Kove makes a 450 Rally to fit you no matter your inseam.

Fully adjustable 49mm YU-AN forks and a matching YU-AN reservoir monoshock suspend the 450 RALLY and give you 12” of suspension travel on the High Seat model.

High-intensity LEDs light up the night and make sure you can easily find where you’re going if your adventure stretches on past sunset.

2 SEAT HEIGHT OPTIONS

Regardless of your inseam, we make a 450 Rally to fit you! High-Seat Models have a 37.8” seat height, and Low-Seat models sit at 36”.

DIGITAL DISPLAY ON INTEGRATED NAV TOWER

The integrated navigation tower is bolted securely to the frame; this means that your digital display is set at the perfect height, angle, and distance away from you for optimum viewing, and the display always remains centered and un-moving, regardless of how you turn the handlebar. Quickly scroll through settings and information on the digital display by toggling the buttons on the handlebar.

8-GALLON FUEL CAPACITY

The 450 RALLY features three fuel tanks. Two front tanks sit on either side of the frame backbone, and a third tank sits at the rear of the motorcycle and doubles as the subframe. All three tanks add up to a combined capacity of 8 gallons, which provides you with a realistic range of 300+ miles!

SWITCHABLE ABS

The 450 RALLY has ABS front and back that can easily be switched on and off. As an added plus, the ABS system remembers the last brake setting you selected; when you shut the bike off with the kill switch and start it up again, the ABS system remains in the last state you set it in.

RACE-SPEC EXHAUST AND ECU

Moving forward, the Standard Off-Road version of the 450 Rally will come with the closed-course exhaust and ECU from the Pro Race model - no more internal baffles and catalytic converter!

51-TOOTH SPROCKET

You asked, we listened: The Standard Off-Road 450 Rally models will now stock with a 51-tooth rear sprocket, which gives you better torque, improved snap, and better overall gear ratios for 95% of riding conditions.
